Brethren, last night was the Installation of WB Colin Elrington as WM of the Lodge, with the RWDGM Paul Holland and his GL Team in attendance. There was a full Lodge, with many Brethren and visitors attending. The Ceremony was well done, including the welcome to Bro Richard Elrington and the presentation of his Affiliation Certificate by the WM, his father.
Considering the last minute changes caused by sickness to various Brethren, or in their Family, it really was a great ceremony.
In the South, the DGM presented three Charity Jewels: Bob Medlicott was upgraded to Life Patron, Graham Humphrey to Life Vice Patron and Ivo Bunker to Life Vice President.
The complete ceremony and the banquet was a success, thanks to the efforts of all members of the Lodge, and their partners.
The cake was made and decorated by Bro Raymond Vonder.
